Are you a Telecom Fraud expert who thrives on outsmarting fraudsters?
We're on the hunt for a Lead Analyst – Fraud Management to join our Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management team at Subex!
Experience:
10+ Years | Full-Time
If you have 10+ years of deep telecom fraud expertise, love working with global clients, and know your way around IRSF, Wangiri, SIM box, SMS, Roaming and subscription fraud — we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:- Lead end-to-end fraud operations for global telecom clients
- Drive fraud detection strategy, rule creation & continuous optimization
- Be the primary client POC, manage stakeholders & escalations with confidence
- Mentor & lead a team of fraud analysts
- Conduct governance calls & executive-level presentations
- Collaborate across RA, IT, Network & Product teams
- Roaming & Interconnect: TAP files, NRTRDE, IRSF, interconnect bypass
- Tools:
Subex ROC (or equivalent FMS), strong SQL skills, rule tuning & threshold management - Bonus:
Exposure to AI/ML-based fraud detection models
- Proven client-facing experience with complex global accounts
- Telecom/fraud/analytics certifications are a plus!
