Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
- Assist in configuration, troubleshooting, and change implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure application availability and performance in alignment with business and operational requirements.
- Level 2 (L2) Support Activities, including but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, access, and system issues.
- Apply approved configuration changes and minor fixes.
- Support routine deployments, updates, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations.
- Ensure application availability and performance as per requirements.
- Level 3 (L3) Support Activities, including but not limited to:
- Resolve complex, recurring, and high-impact issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support major upgrades, migrations, and architectural changes.
- Drive performance optimization and stability improvements.
