Overview

Digital Delivery Manager – 6 months CONTRACT – Kuwait City, Onsite – Up to $600 per day

Digital Delivery Manager is required to work for a leading organisation within the banking sector, supporting a major digital transformation programme aimed at modernising customer-facing and operational technology platforms. The organisation is investing heavily in digital innovation to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and deliver next-generation banking services.

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to implementation. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources while driving the successful delivery of modernisation initiatives across the organisation.

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects within banking, financial services, or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent work streams.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, technology solutions, and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

• Experience delivering banking modernisation or digital customer experience initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging fintech, digital banking, and financial services technologies.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners.
• Background in change management and business process improvement.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.
