IT Specialist

A leading company in the automotive inspection, mechanical services, and vehicle engineering sector is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Specialist to join its team.

• Provide daily technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Manage user accounts, email services, and access permissions.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, hardware inventories, and technical records.
• Support business applications and operational systems used across the company.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance IT efficiency, reliability, and security.

• Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and backup solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
