Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead the organization's technology function and drive its digital transformation agenda. This role is responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of technology infrastructure, and enabling business growth through innovative technology solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, infrastructure, vendor management, and IT governance while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders across the organization.

• Develop and implement the organization's short- and long-term IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support organizational growth and innovation.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices.

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecommunications, databases, and end-user computing.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of all technology systems and services.
• Manage system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity processes, and data backup strategies.
• Monitor IT service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as the organization's Information Security Lead, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of effective cybersecurity controls.
• Develop and enforce information security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Identify technology-related risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and data.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the management, enhancement, and support of enterprise business applications, including ERP systems and related platforms.
• Oversee system integrations, database management, reporting tools, and application performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business units to identify system requirements and deliver technology solutions that support operational needs.
• Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and user satisfaction across all business applications.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for team members
• Ensure adequate resource planning and succession development within the department.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Lead contract negotiations, service-level agreements, renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
• Evaluate technology investments and ensure maximum return on investment.

• Develop and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor departmental expenditures and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare management reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT effectiveness and service quality.

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify technology-driven solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters across the organization.
• Ensure IT initiatives are aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Deputy General Manager – Corporate Support.
• Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNA, MCSE, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP systems, database management, systems integration, and vendor management.
• Experience in large-scale or multi-site operations is preferred.
