Security manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait in a full-time position. The Security Manager will be responsible for the safety and security of our staff, customers, and property. The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols; manage the security team; investigate and respond to security incidents; monitor CCTV systems;

liaise with law enforcement when necessary; and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid license to practice in Kuwait.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of security software is preferred but not essential.
