DevSecOps expertise OpenShift and CI​/CD security integration -Bank

Urgent Requirement

Dev Sec Ops  expertise with Open Shift and CI/CD security integration in the banking domain is required for our clients in Kuwait.

Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Bit Bucket, or Tekton for designing and optimizing secure pipelines. Proficiency with Docker and orchestration using Open Shift/Kubernetes. Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for automated infrastructure provisioning. Familiarity with security testing tools (SAST - Sonar Qube, Checkmarx; DAST; SCA; MAST; Prisma Cloud; Hashi Corp Vault; Terraform).

We are seeking a highly skilled Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines while embedding security controls across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in containerization, orchestration, and Open Shift platform management, with a proven track record of integrating automated security checks into build and deployment workflows.

• CI/CD Pipeline Design:
  Architect, implement, and optimize secure pipelines ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Security Integration:
  Embed automated security checks (SAST, DAST, SCA, MAST, container/infrastructure scanning) into CI/CD workflows.
• Multi‑Environment Deployment:
  Support seamless deployments across dev, staging, and production environments.
• Open Shift Management:
  Design, administer, and maintain Open Shift clusters ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  Manage Docker‑based workloads and orchestrate them using Open Shift.
• Dev Sec Ops  Toolchain:
  Evaluate, implement, and maintain security tools and frameworks, integrating them into developer workflows.
• Automation & Compliance:
  Automate security testing, compliance reporting and ensure adherence to security standards.

• Proven experience in Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools:
  Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Bit Bucket, Tekton.
• Hands‑on experience with Open Shift platform administration.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Open Shift).
• Solid understanding of security tools: SAST (Sonar Qube, Checkmarx), DAST, SCA, MAST, Prisma Cloud, Hashi Corp Vault/Terraform.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, OWASP).
