Service & Software Solution Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Service & Software Solution Sales Specialist to join a leading technology organization delivering innovative telecommunications and enterprise software solutions across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong blend of solution sales, presales, product management, and customer engagement within the telecommunications or ICT industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service/software solution sales, presales, or product management within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Managed Services
• Customer Experience Management (CEM)
• Business Support Systems (BSS)
• OSS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions (preferred)
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and solution design skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, ROI, and solution positioning.
