Digital Marketing Specialist

Bazzar Gate is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves working closely with cross functional teams to deliver effective, data driven marketing initiatives.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Eurostaffs, and other online platforms.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics tools.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to support lead generation and brand growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or technology.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
