Director of Enterprise

We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of enterprise business applications across a complex, multi‑site organization.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise applications, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure that technology solutions effectively support business operations, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

This role requires a forward‑thinking leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent people management skills, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies—including Artificial Intelligence—to improve business processes and decision‑making.

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise business applications.
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through automation, AI, analytics, and modern technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and third‑party platforms.
• Lead cross‑functional technical teams responsible for application development, support, integration, and business solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and data‑driven decision support solutions.
• Establish application governance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage software vendors, licensing, contracts, and technology partnerships.
• Lead enterprise application projects, budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across all enterprise applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or software solutions.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role

• Strong experience managing enterprise business applications or ERP platforms.
• Experience leading software development and application support teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and modern application architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise technologies.
• Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex or multi‑entity organizations is highly preferred.

• Experience with enterprise ERP solutions.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Dev Ops, and modern software delivery practices.
• Professional certifications in project management, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or IT service management are an advantage.
