Level1 Support technician (IT)

The candidates should preferably meet the following qualifications (including, but not limited to):

• Onsite technical assistance. include password resets, software installations, general troubleshooting , account unlocks, printer issues.
• documenting problems and escalating complex issues to higher support levels when necessary. Basic knowledge of operating systems, remote tools, and customer service skills.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet defined performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and other key indicators.
• Have a good understanding of the English & Arabic language.
• Possess basic knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting & replacement
• Be eligible to obtain a Good Conduct Certificate, as security clearances are required for access to certain locations, particularly airports.
• Previous experience in technical support
• Ability to work flexible shifts Day & Night and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Hold a valid driving license issued before 2013, to ensure that their licenses will not be revoked upon transfer residency. Knowledge of Kuwaiti Areas
• Related Certificates and Qualifications.
• Must hold Qualifications & Certification
• Visa No 18 Transferable
