You will manage the CRM roadmap and customer experience across digital touchpoints, including UX/UI requirements, testing, launches, and ongoing improvements, collaborating with UX/UI, app developers, POS, and marketing teams.
Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CRM, loyalty, or digital growth within F&B or retail
