Software Project Manager

• Owns L2 L3 support model SLA governance observability stack incident management and DORA metrics reporting
• Own end-to-end project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
• Manage project governance reporting milestones risks issues dependencies and escalation processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business technology operations vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Establish and maintain project plans delivery roadmaps resource allocation and progress tracking
• Govern project timelines scope changes and priorities while ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate stakeholder communication steering committee updates status reporting and decision-making processes
• Manage delivery risks issues and dependencies driving mitigation actions and ensuring timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to project management standards delivery methodologies and organizational governance frameworks
• Support operational readiness activities including transition planning production deployment coordination and post-go-live tracking
• Monitor project performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Agile Project Management (AgilePM)
• ITIL Foundation (preferred for technology and service delivery environments)
