Role DescriptionThe Information Technology Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project teams, defining requirements, managing timelines and resources, tracking risks and issues, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to lead complex IT initiatives and manage multiple work streams.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge to understand system requirements, technical architectures, and implementation constraints.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to assess project performance, identify issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and prepare project documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
- Experience managing IT and digital transformation projects within the GCC region is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project demands.
