Junior Account Manager​/Pre-Sales

About the Company

Wizard Cyber, part of the Wizard Group, is expanding its presence in Kuwait and is seeking a talented graduate to join our team at the Microsoft Kuwait Digital Innovation Center.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious graduate to begin their career at the intersection of cybersecurity, Microsoft technology, and client engagement, working alongside Microsoft's Public Sector and Security specialists to support government and enterprise customers across Kuwait.

As our first on-the-ground team member in Kuwait, you will serve as Wizard's local point of contact at the Microsoft Kuwait Digital Innovation Center. Reporting into the regional team, you will support pre-sales engagements and help build lasting client relationships in a fast-growing market.

• Acting as Wizard's local representative at the Microsoft Kuwait Digital Innovation Center
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
• Building and maintaining relationships across government and enterprise accounts
• Collaborating closely with Microsoft's Public Sector and Security teams

• A recent graduate with a background in technical education (Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders
• A genuine interest in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security)
• Based in and eligible to work in Kuwait
