IT Tech Support Network Performance Networks

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
• Maintain organization's systems' workflows; responsible for upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation
• Leverage experience in systems management, monitoring and sustainment.
• Trains end users on the proper use of hardware and software
• Conducts basic hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
• Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users

• Education:
  
  Technical Training;
  Security+, MCSA, CCNP (RS or Datacenter)

  Management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures

  Fixing network issues along with updating equipment and software

• Must meet the certification requirement of DoW 8570.01-M or otherwise stated in SPIN-C or individual task order.
• The contractor is expected to have, but is not limited to, the following IT certificate:
  Any Security Certificate, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CWNP (Certified Wireless Network Professional)

3-5 EXPERIENCE Managing enterprise wireless networks (Wi-Fi/WLAN), Wireless Infrastructure Management, Be able to Configure and maintain Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) Access Points (APs); WPA2/WPA3 enterprise authentication, VLAN segmentation, RF optimization; conduct wireless site surveys and coverage analysis;
Troubleshoot wireless interference and signal degradation. Enable reliable wireless connectivity for OPS Centers, Dormitories, Morale networks, Mission systems. Experience supporting DISA, AFCENT, CENTCOM. Technical

Skills:

Spectrum Analysis, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS, VPNs, TACLANE concepts, STIG compliance, RMF, ACAS, HBSS/Trelix, Network Hardening
