Job Description
Premium Solutions is hiring for a client in Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales / Sales Support Specialist to join a leading organization in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong software solution expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a customer-focused approach in technical sales and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored software and application solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to key stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear and technically accurate documentation.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and support solution architecture planning.
- Coordinate with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
- Provide ongoing sales support including client meetings, technical workshops, and trade show participation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within software/application domains.
- Proven experience in application and software solution sales, preferably in B2B or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of security concepts.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in AI tools and technologies.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally when required.
- Technical or development background in software development or solution architecture is highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or vendor-specific certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with government procurement or public sector digital transformation projects in Kuwait and GCC is preferred.
