• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX Design.
• Proven experience designing user interfaces, prototypes, and interactive products.
• Strong knowledge of common design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

The UX Designer will play a key role in the product development process at Al‑Kuwait by creating intuitive user experiences for our customers and improving the usability of our products and services. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail while also being able to think strategically about customer needs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure successful outcomes for projects.
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, sitemaps, prototypes, etc., to effectively communicate interaction ideas across multiple platforms (including but not limited to web applications and mobile apps).
• Conducting user research activities such as interviews or focus groups in order to gain insights into customer needs that can be used when designing products or services.
• Evaluating existing products or services from a usability perspective so that improvements can be made as needed before launch or during maintenance cycles.
