Techno-Functional Consultant

Our Company announces a Job Vacancy for the position of Techno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

The purpose of the role is to analyze, design, configure, automate, support, and continuously improve the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations in line with Baker Tilly’s approved project and engagement management cycle. The role supports the automation and optimization of project, contract, resource, time, expense, billing, revenue, cost, and profitability management processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Valid Microsoft certifications are an advantage, particularly:

• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Associate
  , or equivalent relevant certification.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
  .
• Microsoft Certified:
  Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  .
• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
  , particularly where the role involves integration with finance, billing, revenue, and project accounting.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate
  , where advanced technical development is required.

Minimum of five years of practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP/business applications, including proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

• Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, engagement, contract, resource, time, expense, billing, costing, revenue, and profitability processes.
• Good knowledge of project accounting, budgets, estimates, actuals, and financial controls.
• Practical knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, data validation, and synchronization issue resolution.
• Ability to prepare requirements, specifications, test scripts, UAT documents, user guides, and configuration documentation.
• Understanding of user roles, security permissions, data access, segregation of duties, and system controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, training, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, finance teams, IT teams, project managers, consultants, and implementation partners.
