The job holder has the responsibility to support the design, development, and implementation of business process automation initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, develop automation workflows, and ensure smooth deployment of automation solutions within the bank.

The job holder must therefore have the skills, knowledge and understanding of the related technologies and solutions together with their implications, and is expected to analyses, address, track and successfully resolve requests and issues within the area of responsibility, and help to ensure the implemented solutions meet the service quality, security and performance benchmarks, and that the delivery is on time and within budget

Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department

• Support designing and developing automation workflows using RPA tools, BPM systems, or other automation software.
• Configure, test, and implement automation solutions in line with business requirements and objectives
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and document current processes for improvement.
• Monitor the performance of automated processes and provide support for any issues or optimizations required.
• Ensure that all automation initiatives comply with internal security and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and update automation documentation, including workflows, test plans, and performance reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business goals and automation initiatives.
• Participate in risk assessments related to automated processes and workflows.
• Provide the required support to the various ongoing IT projects and new initiatives in relation to the area of responsibility.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for automation.

• Generate and escalated periodic progress reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

• Participate in the various cross-functional committees/team discussions for multiple purposes to achieve optimal service efficiency
• Continuously coordinate and collaborate with IT teams, as well as wider business and control units for effective and efficient system support

• Maintain continuous interaction, coordination and collaboration with relevant external System and Service Suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience required in Corporate Banking or related field.
• Strong analytic, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of business operations, system requirements, and IT processes.

• Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, BPM systems).
