NTU International is currently identifying qualified experts for the EU-funded project “Technical Assistance to the Syrian Ministry of Health
- Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Governance.”

The assignment aims to support the institutional strengthening and governance capacities of the Syrian Ministry of Health, contributing to more effective institutional performance, evidence-based decision-making, accountability and sustainable capacity development.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified

to provide technical leadership and strategic support for the deployment and institutionalisation of a Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) system within the Syrian Ministry of Health.

• Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Information Systems
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with government officials and multicultural teams
  .
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (
  Zoom, Teams).

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in deploying Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (HR ERP) systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms).

• Demonstrated experience in data migration, system integration and user training
  .
• Prior experience in at least 2 similar ERP deployments in developing country contexts

• Proven experience in public-sector or health-sector deployments is highly desirable.

• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency –

  .
• Arabic: Language skills are considered an advantage
