Client Support Specialist

Job Summary

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for conducting client demonstrations, providing technical support for digital solutions, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The role requires a tech-savvy individual who can troubleshoot technical issues, support clients across the region, and assist with on-site technical requirements during evaluation sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and guide clients on platform features and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to platform access, system setup, and functionality.
• Assist clients with technical queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Attend client sites and evaluation centers to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Support clients across the region, with flexibility to travel and accommodate varying schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in client support, technical support, or a related field.
• Tech-savvy, with strong digital literacy and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
