Head of Information Technology

We are looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and IT operations of a diversified business group. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP ERP systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology project management, combined with proven leadership experience in managing IT teams, vendors, and technology investments across multiple business operations.

• Develop and implement the group's IT, digital transformation, and technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technology services across multiple business entities.
• Manage the SAP environment, including SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP ECC6, SAP BW, and SAP Basis administration, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
• Lead ERP evaluations, implementations, upgrades, and system integration projects.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud environments, networks, databases, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage cybersecurity, access controls, backup systems, disaster recovery, and IT risk management.
• Ensure the effective operation and integration of POS systems, loyalty platforms, and other business applications.
• Establish IT policies, governance frameworks, service management processes, and operational standards.
• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring effective support delivery and achievement of performance objectives.
• Plan and execute technology projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage IT budgets, technology procurement, software licensing, service contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on IT performance, investments, risks, and improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a relevant master's degree is also considered.
• Proven experience in IT leadership, enterprise systems, infrastructure management, and technology project delivery.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP environments, particularly SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP ECC6, and SAP Basis administration.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of Windows/Linux servers, Oracle databases, AWS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, access management, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with POS systems, loyalty platforms, and technology solutions supporting retail or hospitality operations.
• Experience managing IT teams, external vendors, technology budgets, and service delivery.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and PMP project management methodologies.
