Supply Coordinator

Snoonu Kuwait is looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our Operations family. You will be the heartbeat of our rider network, ensuring every delivery zone is covered, riders are ready, and orders reach customers.

• Monitor and coordinate rider availability across all delivery zones
• Support rider onboarding from document collection to verification
• Communicate daily schedules and assignments to keep the fleet moving
• Track rider attendance, performance, and compliance
• Spot supply gaps and coverage issues and flag them to the Supply Lead before they become problems
• Keep rider records clean and up to date in our operational systems
• Help resolve rider concerns and escalate the tricky cases to the right people

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Operations or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  
  Solid data entry and reporting basics
• The energy to thrive in a fast‑paced, always‑moving environment

• Previous experience in delivery, q‑commerce or last‑mile logistics
• Bilingual skills (Arabic and English)
