We're Hiring:
Supply Chain Manager – Gulf Group
Gulf Group is a leading engineering company specializing in HVAC Solutions, Facility Management, After-Sales Services, Trading, Contracting, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Spare Parts.
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance – supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and demand planning
- Build strategic relationships with local and international suppliers
- Lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Ensure timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance, and trading operations
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock
- Monitor procurement KPIs, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and supplier performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Service departments
- Drive continuous process improvements and ERP utilization
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or CSCP/CPIM/CIPS certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
- Experience in engineering, HVAC, construction, industrial, or technical trading companies
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and international sourcing
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent English required;
Arabic is an advantage
