We are looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our Operations family. You will be the heartbeat of our rider network—ensuring that every delivery zone is covered, every rider is ready to roll, and every order finds its way to a happy customer.

• Monitor and coordinate rider availability across all delivery zones
• Support rider onboarding—from document collection to verification
• Communicate daily schedules and assignments to keep the fleet moving
• Track rider attendance, performance, and compliance
• Spot supply gaps and coverage issues and flag them to the Supply Lead before they become problems
• Keep rider records clean and up to date in our operational systems
• Help resolve rider concerns and, when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate parties

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination
• Strong organizational skills—able to bring order to chaos
• Excellent communication and coordination skills—riders and teams appreciate working with you
• Solid data‑entry and reporting fundamentals
• The energy to thrive in a fast‑paced, always‑moving environment

• Previous experience in delivery, q‑commerce, or last‑mile logistics
• Bilingual skills in Arabic and English
