Supply Chain Officer

The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination and supplier communication. The role ensures timely availability of products, smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and restaurant operations to support uninterrupted business activity.

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per approved guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data, including contact details, pricing, payment terms, and product information.
• Maintain procurement records, including Certificates of Origin (COO) for protein items, Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), Supplier Blacklist, Supplier Database, and Approved Product List (APL).
• Escalate supplier quality issues, delivery delays, and commercial discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, delivery variances, and stock-related issues.
• Support warehouse and operations teams in fulfilling urgent procurement and replenishment requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential supply chain risks that may impact product availability or business continuity.
• Prepare and distribute procurement MIS reports covering purchasing activities, supplier performance, inventory movements, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain complete and organized procurement documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
