About the Role

The Inventory & Logistics Manager is responsible for leading inventory and logistics operations to ensure efficient stock management, timely shipment clearance, product availability, and seamless distribution across all sales channels. The role oversees inventory planning, logistics processes, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead inventory and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of business requirements.
  • Oversee shipment clearance, customs processes, and supplier deliveries until inventory is received and distributed.
  • Manage inventory planning, stock replenishment, and buffer stock levels to maintain product availability.
  • Oversee SIM cards, recharge cards, devices, and commercial/non-commercial inventory lifecycle management.
  • Ensure effective warehouse operations, stock classification, item coding, and inventory accuracy.
  • Manage return-to-vendor (RTV) activities, logistics coordination, and supplier returns.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs and implement actions to improve operational efficiency and inventory performance.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, Warehouse, IT, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead inventory and logistics optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, ISMS requirements, and health & safety regulations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education Level/ Major

Bachelor’s Degree required Business or a related field;
Master’s in business/MBA preferred
