Logistics Administrator

• Manage daily operations with the appointed 3PL warehouse provider.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.
• Coordinate local and international transportation with freight forwarders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile stock between ERP and warehouse systems.
• Ensure timely processing of GRNs, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and shipping documentation.
• Manage product registration and regulatory compliance with relevant Kuwait authorities.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, storage utilization, and service levels.
• Resolve logistics and warehouse operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics and warehouse operations experience, preferably within retail or FMCG.
• Experience managing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of shipping, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Experience in product registration and regulatory compliance in Kuwait is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
