Our client in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their Supply Chain Division on a permanent basis . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing reliable local and international suppliers, supporting sourcing strategies, conducting commercial analysis, and assisting procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply solutions.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers.
• Support supplier prequalification, commercial evaluations, and vendor performance tracking.
• Conduct pricing analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market research.
• Support procurement negotiations through commercial insights and supplier intelligence.
• Maintain sourcing databases and procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions and business continuity.

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 4 7 years experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, or supply chain.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial materials, or technical procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, prequalification, and commercial evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
