Our client in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their Supply Chain Division on a permanent basis . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing reliable local and international suppliers, supporting sourcing strategies, conducting commercial analysis, and assisting procurement activities to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply solutions.

Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers. Support supplier prequalification, commercial evaluations, and vendor performance tracking. Conduct pricing analysis, supplier benchmarking, and market research. Support procurement negotiations through commercial insights and supplier intelligence. Maintain sourcing databases and procurement documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions and business continuity.

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 4 7 years experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor development, or supply chain.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, industrial materials, or technical procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, prequalification, and commercial evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
