- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data and market analysis
- Utilize forecasting software and tools to generate accurate predictions
- Work closely with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Identify trends and provide insights to optimize inventory and minimize stockouts
- Prepare and present demand forecasts for stakeholders and management
- Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts based on changing market conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain performance
- Analyze the impact of promotions and new product launches on demand
- Track key performance indicators to measure forecast accuracy and effectiveness
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
- Understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of conducting insightful research
- Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in forecasting software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
