• Maintenance Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians, including training and performance management.
• Create preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and lower maintenance costs.
• Manage maintenance duties, including routine, emergencies, and repairs.
• Manage and track maintenance costs to stay within budget.
• Keep correct maintenance records, such as equipment inventories, repair logs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Regularly examine facilities and equipment for potential concerns and compliance with safety laws.
• Offer training and assistance to maintenance staff.
• Improve maintenance efficiency and productivity through process enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technology in maintenance and facility management.
