We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at our Al-Kuwait location. This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and sketches as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.

No experience is necessary.

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, sketches, or other technical instructions
• Assemble parts into complete products or sub‑assemblies
• Make adjustments or minor repairs on finished products
• Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards
• Ensure proper operation of equipment throughout all stages of production
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required
• Follow all safety guidelines

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams or sketches accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work performed
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good problem‑solving skills when issues arise
