Facility manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities.

• Manage day-to-day facility operations across all locations
• Oversee maintenance of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
• Handle repairs, breakdowns, and emergency situations efficiently
• Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of all facilities
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification preferred

• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail chains
• Exposure to multi-site facility management
• Experience managing vendors and service contracts
