Job Overview

A welding company in Al-Kuwait is seeking experienced Welders to join our team. As a Welder you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various projects. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to welding by removing any rust or debris.
• Position and clamp work pieces together using various tools and techniques.
• Weld components in various positions — vertical, horizontal, overhead — based on project requirements.
• Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed.

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques and processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Good physical strength and stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic communication skills in English are beneficial.

• Contract position with competitive salary of $1300 per month plus overtime pay.
