Mechanical Supervisor Rotating Equipment

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Supervisor (Rotating Equipment) in Kuwait
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals.

• Supervise maintenance activities for rotating equipment.
• Plan and execute annual maintenance of RO and desalination plants.
• Inspect pumps, compressors, motors and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors during shutdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth plant availability.

• Rotating Equipment Maintenance
  - Expertise in pumps, compressors and motors.
• RO Plant Maintenance
  - Annual maintenance and servicing experience.
• Desalination Systems
  - Knowledge of mechanical equipment in desalination plants.
• Preventive Maintenance
  - Planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting
  - Root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• GCC maintenance project experience.
• Shutdown and turnaround maintenance experience.
• SAP/CMMS maintenance software knowledge.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance with strong exposure to RO Plant and Desalination Plant Annual Maintenance
. Experience supervising maintenance teams in industrial environments is essential.

• Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional: Safety or maintenance-related certifications
