Mechanical Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Supervisor in Kuwait
. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong experience in crane and lifting equipment maintenance. Candidates meeting the required qualifications are encouraged to apply as positions are limited.

• Supervise maintenance activities for cranes and lifting equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely maintenance completion.
• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimise downtime.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools.

• Crane & Lifting Equipment Maintenance – Strong hands-on maintenance experience.
• Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
• Mechanical Troubleshooting – Identify and rectify equipment faults.
• Safety Compliance – Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

• GCC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• CMMS maintenance software exposure.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically in crane and lifting equipment maintenance within industrial or heavy engineering environments. Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.

• Minimum: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
