We are an on-demand home cleaning platform that connects customers with professional cleaners through our mobile application. Customers book hourly cleaning services, select the number of cleaners they need, and our team handles the rest
-including transportation and cleaning equipment. Our mission is to make home cleaning simple, reliable, and accessible with just a few taps.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. As a Cleaner, you will be dispatched to customers' homes based on bookings made through our app to provide high-quality cleaning and tidying services. You will be part of a dynamic, on-demand workforce with flexible earning potential through our commission-based system.

• Perform general house cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and organizing/tidying living spaces.
• Use provided cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and responsibly.
• Complete cleaning tasks within the scheduled hourly timeframe booked by the customer.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude with customers always.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning results.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols while working in customers' homes.
• Report any issues, damage, or concerns to management promptly.
• Coordinate with team members when a booking requires more than one cleaner.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled bookings.

• Previous experience in house cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Trustworthy, honest, and respectful of customers' privacy and property.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to different customer locations as needed.

• Full-time position: 8 working hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Additional hours beyond the standard schedule are compensated with extra commission.
• Flexible on-demand assignments based on app bookings.

• Base salary to be determined and discussed upon candidate selection.
• Commission-based pay structure tied to completed bookings and hours worked.
• Additional commission for overtime hours.
