Requirements

• Previous experience is not required
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Attention to detail and ability to be thorough when cleaning areas
• Able to lift, carry, push and pull heavy items as needed
• Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, holidays, or other shifts on an as-needed basis.
• Willingness to accept immigrants is preferred.

Duties

• Cleaning all areas of the facility including bathrooms, offices, hallways and common areas.
• Vacuuming carpets, mopping floors and dusting furniture.
• Cleaning glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash in designated containers according to regulations.
• Replenishing bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, towels etc.
• Sweeping and washing outdoor surfaces such as sidewalks or parking lots.
