• Must have at least 1 year of experience in cleaning and maintenance of buildings
• Excellent knowledge of sanitation standards
• Ability to use cleaning products, tools, and machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness
• Good organizational skills
• Professional demeanor
• Flexibility with working hours
• Willingness to work overtime if required
• No criminal record or history of substance abuse.
