Data Center Maintenance & Technical Specialists

We are looking for experienced Data Center Shift Technicians to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure in Kuwait. The ideal candidates will have a technical background in Electrical or Mechanical or Multi-skilled (Electrical & Mechanical) maintenance, with hands‑on experience working in a data center environment.

• Monitor, operate and maintain critical data center infrastructure and facility equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Monitor and record equipment readings, identify abnormalities and promptly

• Perform operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of critical data center infrastructure, with experience in either electrical systems (UPS, generators, LV panels, switch gear, rectifiers and power distribution) or mechanical systems (HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration and pumps).
• Respond to equipment faults, alarms and emergency situations to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, operational records and reports.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Permit to Work (PTW) requirements and all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth 24/7 facility operations.

• Diploma or bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical or Multi-disciplinary Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience working in a Data Center environment.
• Relevant experience in electrical maintenance or mechanical/HVAC maintenance or multi‑skilled facility operations.
• Basic understanding of critical data center infrastructure and facility operations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English.

Candidates currently based in Kuwait are strongly preferred
. However, qualified candidates based elsewhere across the GCC and international markets are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Kuwait.
