We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing guidance and support to staff.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong understanding of customer service and quality management. They should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

• Supervise the daily operations of the organization
• Set objectives for staff in line with company goals
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on their progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Anticipate customer needs and respond quickly to inquiries or complaints
• Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action when necessary
• Provide training for new staff members when needed
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams
