Supervisor – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position.
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees as well as inspiring and motivating them to reach their full potential. You will need to display strong leadership skills, excellent communication and people management abilities, and a commitment to increasing efficiency and productivity.
Your role will also involve setting and enforcing clear deadlines for tasks, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, liaising with customers, trainers and other professionals, and preparing reports for senior management.
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, business acumen and an understanding of the latest regulations in the workplace.
