Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, supervising staff, and creating and implementing strategies to ensure the organization's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management with excellent leadership and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Manager should have the ability to develop goals, objectives, and strategies in order to support the company’s growth. They will be expected to analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities; develop management plans; implement performance management systems; ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; create budgets; manage resources; monitor progress; evaluate performance; provide feedback to employees; and maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of 900 per month for this position. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role. No prior experience is required.
