Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to provide guidance and direction to team members, delegate tasks, monitor progress, offer feedback, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all staff is following company policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with other departments in order to ensure smooth workflow and successful completion of projects.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary: 1700 USD
