We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization while providing leadership and guidance to staff. The Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Manage the overall operations of the organization, including developing strategies, assessing performance, motivating and leading staff
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Monitor progress towards goals and ensure deadlines are met
• Develop contingency plans in case of operational issues
• Monitor financial performance of the organization and recommend cost-saving measures
• Oversee recruitment process for new hires
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a corporate setting
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, communication, interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn new technologies as needed
• Open to considering immigrant candidates
