Supervisor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. Job description. Job Summary. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a salary of 1400 and are open to considering applications from immigrants.
Demands for Candidate. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently and efficiently, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be highly motivated. Knowledge of Al-Kuwaiti regulations and industry protocols is an asset.
Job Description. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business, setting goals and objectives for the team, recruiting and training staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, working with external companies and vendors, overseeing workflow and quality control, and monitoring the performance of the team.
