We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the staff in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that the team works efficiently and effectively towards reaching the organizational goals. The Supervisor will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to their team in order to foster a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams. They should also possess excellent problem solving and leadership skills, as well as strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. The candidate should also have the ability to work under pressure, while remaining organized and efficient on the job.

Furthermore, they should have knowledge of industry standards and regulations, as well as knowledge of software applications used within the organization.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1300 per month plus other benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, etc.
