Are you looking for a new challenge with an exciting opportunity to work in Kuwait? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to assist us in running our Al Kuwait operations.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an offered salary of 1000 - and we are willing to consider foreign candidates for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our day to day activities and managing our team. Duties will include providing support and guidance for employees, monitoring performance and morale, developing and implementing customer service standards, identifying issues that need to be addressed, and creating a harmonious working environment.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to problem-solve, and the capability to communicate effectively to both our staff and our customers. The ideal candidate must also have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and an understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
